The right to become Partner - Member of the Association is reserved only to legal entities having their seat within the Greek territory, the scope of which is related to the construction of units of production and exploitation of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and which have conducted relevant investments or have acquired in their own name at least one (1) RES electricity Permit for production license, in accordance to the existing legislation.

The candidate member submits a written application to the Board of Directors of the Association, which the latter forwards to the General Assembly of the Partners - Members, who make the relevant decision as set forth below.

The application of the candidate member must at any rate contain the following:
a) Tax Registration Number and competent Tax Authority
b) Seat of the candidate member
c) The personal details of its authorised representative
d) The details of at least one RES electricity production license of electrical power that has been issued in its name
e) The list of its partners or shareholders, with special reference at least to the partners or shareholders that possess a percentage of at least 10% of its share capital.

The Board of Directors of the Association also forwards to the General Assembly of the Partners - Members in order to decide, an application of an Associate Member of the Association to become a Partner - Member.

No legal entity can become a Partner - Member, if a percentage of more than 10% of its share capital is owned by persons or legal entities that also participate at the same time with a percentage of more than 10% in the share capital of other, more than three (3), Partners - Members of the Association.

The new Partners-Members are bound by the decisions and agreements of the Association that have been made in the past. The Partners - Members are obliged to refrain from any actions competitive to the Association and to keep confidentiality and loyalty towards the Association.

The admission of new Partners - Members takes place after a decision of the General Assembly, which is made with a quorum of 3/4 of the total of Partners - Members and with a majority of 1/2 of the votes of the present and represented in the General Assembly Partners - Members. The new members are obliged to make a contribution in cash. The amount of such contribution is decided at the same time with the decision for the admission of the new member and cannot be less than 300 Euros or more than 750 Euros.

The General Assembly, with the same above - mentioned majority, is competent to decide for the conversion of Associate Members of the Association into Partners- Members, following a relevant written application addressed to the Board of Directors of the Association and provided that they fulfill the requirements of its Articles of Association.

Associate Members
Legal entities can participate in the Association as Associate Members, following an application and its approval by the Board of Directors. These legal entities will not participate in the share capital of the Association, but will only pay the annual membership fee. Companies of any legal type with registered offices either in Greece or abroad, whose activities are related to investments in Renewable Energy Sources, can become Associate Members. The Associate Members can participate in the General Assemblies but with no voting rights. They can also attend conventions, presentations and symposiums organised by the Association, during which they can express their opinions and analyse their positions within the time limits set forth by the president of the event and after they have submitted their topic for approval a week before the relative event to the organising committee of the Association. A representative of an Associate Member does not have the right to vote or be voted during the elections for a new Board of Directors. Credit institutions, banks, insurance and other companies that finance or have any relation with Renewable Energy Sources can also become Associate Members.
